North Richvale

North Richvale is located in the town of Richmond Hill beginning from Yonge Street East to Bathurst Street West, Carville Road South extending to Major MacKenzie Drive to the north, which includes detached and semi-detached homes, townhouses, apartments, and condominiums.

Today, older homes are being torn down and being re-built into new larger, custom built homes. In North Richvale, the homes are more up-to-date and designed in a higher quality than those built back in the day. Much of North Richvale consists of the homes of Baif Developments which lies on approximately 400 acres of land north of Carrville Road on the west side of Yonge Street, and Don Head Village subdivision, which lies on the south side of Major Mackenzie Drive west of Yonge Street.

The beautiful parks surrounding the Richvale Richmond Hill area include Baif Park, Richvale Greenway, Carville Park, Maplewood Park, Mary Dawson Park, and Hillcrest Heights Park.

The Richvale Community Centre and Pool, Yonge North Recereation Centre are both popular and visitor friendly places that are in the neighbourhood. If someone if looking to spend some money, Hillcrest Mall is right around the corner and of course we can't forget The Wave Pool.
