These are some things that you should consider prior to choosing which suite is best for you;
1. You will need to be ready to provide postdated cheques for up to 20% of the purchase price within the first year. Typically $5000 on signing, balance to 5% in 30 days, 5% in 180 days, 5% 370 days & a further 5% in 540 days. 2.
